A Last Will and Testament (a WILL) allows you to control what happens to your estate (your money, property, and other assets) after your death. In a will, you can define assets, name beneficiaries, assign guardians for your minor children, and appoint an executor to carry out your wishes as detailed out in the Will. If you die without a valid will, the fate of your estate becomes uncertain.
At Legalize Daily we intend to make sure our clients hard earned estate does not go to waste due to the uncertainty of its fate, by assisting our them and guiding them through the process of formalizing their Wills.
